How we work

When you contact us first thing we get as much information as needed and note everything down. In case the job is very simple it can be an option to simply just send over some photos of the place and what you would like done. Sometimes it is possible to give you a quote straight away. If not we will respond in a quick time and arrange a viewing at your property as soon as we can but definitely with the time frame working for you.

Viewings

We take some pictures on the visit and our colleague carefully assess every detail and ask you a few questions to make sure we will give you the exact quote what you want.

In a very short time we will prepare a full quotation for you and send it via email. Our terms and conditions are in this email, it is a formal proposal.

Adjustment

If you have any questions or would like to adjust the quote to your needs we will do our best to match your demands. When we have the final agreement you simply sign the proposal and we set the final date.

Our work ethics

Once we start a job we don’t leave and come back weeks later. We prefer getting the job done as soon as possible, however we understand that most of the time we work in your private area, so you are always welcome to ask for specific time frames that work for you.
